CNC Precision Machining

A computer numerical control (CNC) milling machine is a mill that uses computer code to understand where to make cuts. Like all milling machines, a CNC mill produces a final piece by carving away from a block of material versus adding layers of material to a blank slate.

  • Utilizing 3 axis high speed machining centers
  • Precision Machining of Complex 3D geometry
  • Machining of tight tolerance .0001 accuracy
  • Machining of Hardened Materials up to 60+ Rockwell (A2,S7,H13,CPM,and Carbide)
  • Work envelopes of 35” x 19” x 19”
  • Spindle speeds of up to 30,000 rpm to run smaller tooling for micro machining
  • Utilizing HSK tool holders with precision hydraulic collets and Shrinkfit tool holding
